Finding the Right House & Neighborhood
I believe in taking as much time as needed to help my clients find as close to their ideal house as possible:

  • I pre-screened 32 houses as soon as they came on the market over two months, saving Richard H & Valerie G numerous house-hunting trips to Portland.
  • Over three months, I pre-screened and showed numerous homes to Grant R & Nicole W: “He did not pressure us at all, and remained committed to helping us find that perfect home.” The “right” home came on the market the afternoon I was leaving town for the weekend, and I arranged for an associate to help them in my absence, allowing them to beat a competing offer.

Savings on Sale Price

  • Julie and Bret S saved an additional $15,000 on the purchase of their home, after every contingency had already been removed. This is in addition to $19,000 negotiated off the asking price, a total savings of $34,000.
